A little about the project and its stages

The proposal was to create a platform that connects the market's main communication tools in a single place. Bringing an innovative chat option where you can carry out cross-communication, see a dashboard with your team's performance, add collaborators to the tool.

The challenge was to create the most intuitive platform possible that could be operated by anyone, providing a cleaner and more dynamic interface with all the necessary options for the tool to adapt to the company.

In some conversations with potential users we noticed that in most cases the need is always the same, not bringing much complexity to the project proposal.

With the results outlined, I made adjustments to improve communication with the user and improve its usability. This way, the user will more easily find the information they need most to have the necessary knowledge of the product before ordering.

With the results obtained, it was possible to create a tool that meets most of the needs of companies, managing to centralize all their communications in just one place and thus improving service and interaction with their customers.
